What a great experience overall with tentative staff waiting at your beckon call above and beyond great service I love it here and never need an appointment. So far I’ve taken a few of my friends and family as a treat for better health.

Had an amazing experience at Hydrate!!! The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly relaxing. Alyssa and Kristin were both fantastic super knowledgeable, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making the experience top-tier. I walked out feeling refreshed, energized, and taken care of. You can tell this place is run with intention and high standards. If you’re looking for IV therapy done the right way, this is the spot. Highly recommend and will definitely be back🙏

I’ve been coming to Hydrate IV since they opened and their staff is incredible. Super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Alyssa and Cheryl were amazing!! Whole staff has been super nice everytime I’m here. Love coming here for IVs anytime I’m feeling sicky or hungover. Love the snacks they offer too LOL

Loved my visit to Hydrate IV bar! I had been wanting to try Iv therapy for dehydration and some other nutrient deficiencies I have experienced - felt immediately better after leaving. Alyssa & Thea were so kind and helpful!!

Came here to remedy a bad hangover before an important day. Had immediate relief and energy with the base recovery cocktail and B12 added. Alyssa and Kristen were awesome as well! Checked on us constantly and made everything super smooth!

I had an amazing experience at Hydrate IV Bar on South Lamar! I tried the Athletic Performance IV, and it was exactly what I needed to recover and rehydrate after an intense week of workouts. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. The space itself is super clean, relaxing, and has a great vibe. I felt refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the week afterward. Highly recommend this location and treatment to anyone who wants to boost recovery and performance — I’ll definitely be coming back!
