This guided session blends gentle yoga, mobility work, breathwork, and meditation to help your group relax, release tension, and reconnect—no experience required. Expect calming guidance, feel-good movement, and an overall grounded vibe that leaves everyone feeling lighter and more centered.

Do I need any yoga experience before booking a session?

Not at all. I specialize in beginner-friendly flows that focus on breath, mobility, and stress relief. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

What should I bring to a session?

A mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. If you don’t have a mat, I can bring one for you.

How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. I also offer 90-minute deep mobility and meditation sessions by request.

Do you travel to clients?

Yes. I offer in-home sessions, apartment amenity spaces, corporate wellness, and studio sessions across Dallas. Travel sessions outside Dallas are also available.

What styles of movement do you teach?

Mobility, yin-based stretching, mindfulness meditation, simple flow, qi gong, tai chi inspired movement, breathwork, and stress release practices.
