How far in advance do we need to finalize our custom requests (pajamas, party bags, cutouts, etc.)?
It depends on the number of items and the level of customization you’re looking for. Each event is unique, so we’ll work with you to determine the best timeline to ensure everything is perfect for your celebration.

How far in advance should we book our experience?
The sooner, the better! This gives us plenty of time to plan every detail. That said, we also welcome last minute requests and will do our best to bring your vision to life.
