We are passionate, committed and creative, a team with high energy! We have your back the minute you reach out to us! We strive to provide promptness and effectiveness during the planning process to ultimately deliver the greatest outcome.
How will my planner be in contact with me?
Our initial consultation is conducted over the phone or zoom! During the planning process, we will mainly communicate via email, phone and zoom. We do communicate by text or WhatsApp messages, as well.
Will the décor and set up be done before our arrival?
Yes! We only need to sort some logistics with you and your villa booking contact or property manager, but we do manage to set up everything before your arrival.
Could you place some items we bring?
We can customize plenty of options in terms of decorative items, some of them require a lot of muscle in their installation like elaborated backdrops and big structures, some others not so much if we are talking about items to complete a tablescape, we could manage to install some brought items by you to decorate a backdrop structure, depending on exactly what those items are, an additional fee could be involved, if those items are more so tailored stirrers or name tags, then no problem!
