We had the best time with Carmen and Kevin. Carmen took a lot of time with us, allowing us to try everything on to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Carmen has a big selection of chains and really creative ideas on how to wear them. Her prices are competitive as well. We will be back next time we're in San Diego!

Had my permanent anklet (that I got somewhere else) break on me & was looking for a place that could fix it that day. I googled a place & Bijut came up. Contacted them & they replied right away, got us in short notice & fixed my anklet the exact way I wanted it (it had a charm & the other place didn't attach it the way I asked because they were rushing, but Carmen took her time did it exactly how I asked) When we got to the lofts, she came down to bring us up with her. Upon arrival into her space, the positive energy radiating from it made me feel right at home. She has 2 dogs that I fell in love with, they are usually in a separate space but I am a huge dog lover so she let them out for me, they made my day even better. Later on I got a second anklet for my stack from her & they both feel extremely secure. While she was preparing the first time I was looking around her store & she had a ghost coffin ring from her halloween collection last year that I became obsessed with, I put it down but couldn't stop thinking of it so on my second visit I decided it was meant to be mine & I picked it up. My boyfriend ended up ordering a special order ring from her & it came out beautiful. Every time she sent us home with a little goody bag & after every visit I felt such radiating positive energy. 1000% recommend this place, Carmen and her husband are so sweet, & the craftsmanship she puts in her work speaks for itself.
