The Water Villa experience is fully customizable, from décor and florals to catered menus, themed setups, and special surprises for the guest of honor. Can we bring a catering service or private chef on board?
Yes! The villa has kitchen on board, which means you can absolutely bring a catered spread or arrange for a private chef to join the experience. This is one of the features that makes the Water Villa stand out, it's the only charter in Miami where a full sit down meal on the water is actually possible. Reach out and we'll help coordinate the logistics.
What makes this different from a regular boat charter?
Everything. The Water Villa is a two story floating villa with 30 guests capacity. You get a glass enclosed air conditioned main deck, a rooftop open air terrace, a full kitchen, a private bathroom, and a sound system. It's the difference between renting a party bus and renting a penthouse. Same water, completely different experience.
Can we anchor somewhere specific, a sandbar or a private spot?
Yes, the villa can cruise Biscayne Bay or anchor at a location of your choice. Want to stop at a sandbar, enjoy a sunset at a specific spot, or stay docked with the Miami skyline as your backdrop? Let us know when booking and we'll plan the route around your vision. Our captain will always have the final say based on weather and water conditions.
Can we bring our own alcohol and drinks?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own alcohol and beverages, this is your private villa for the day. Water and ice are provided on board. If you'd like to arrange a custom bar setup or have drinks pre stocked for your group before arrival, reach out and we can make that happen as part of your customization.

Is the villa air conditioned?
Yes, the first deck is fully glass enclosed with air conditioning, so your group always has a comfortable space regardless of Miami's heat. The rooftop terrace is open air for those who want the sun, the breeze, and the views. Most groups end up moving between both levels throughout the experience, which is part of what makes it so unique.
How far in advance should we book?
For standard dates, we recommend at least 3 4 weeks in advance. For peak season (May through July), holiday weekends, and heavily customized experiences, 6–8 weeks is ideal. The Water Villa is one of a kind in Miami, there's only one, and it books fast. If you have a date in mind, don't wait.
