Our traditional dry sauna maintains a temperature between 170 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, with the option to add humidity and increase the perceived temperature to 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit for a more intense experience.
• Relaxation essentials: Backrests, a bucket, and ladle create the perfect steam, while LED lighting and music adds ambiance.
• Hot to cold plunge: Our outdoor shower and cold plunge tub provide an invigorating contrast to the sauna's warmth. We maintain our cold plunges at a crisp 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit. You can choose to have up to 3 cold plunges filled for your group.
• Towels and water included: No need to worry about bringing your own essentials.

Additional information:

• Ideal for groups of any size: Our sauna comfortably fits 6-8 people at a time. Larger groups can rotate between the sauna, cold plunge, and lounge.
• Towels included: Guests should wear active wear or swimsuits and bring a change of clothes (we have a private changing space!)
• Stay hydrated: Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna sessions. Always listen to your body.
• We recommend starting your sauna session for 10-15 minutes, followed by a 1-3 minute dip in the cold plunge. Aim to complete 3 rotations throughout your two-hour session, taking time to relax between each round.
