• Pricing starts at a $500 event minimum, regardless of attendance; a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied to the final balance.

• On-location travel is included for events within 25 miles of downtown Nashville; events beyond 25 miles incur a $25 travel fee, and a $25 parking fee applies if complimentary onsite parking is unavailable.
