This was so great! Got to move our bodies after a night out and Jadyn even accommodated/modified for our pregnant ladies in the group.

Kat was amazing! She was so helpful and fun !

The heat was extremely hot, so I recommend if doing it fully outside, do it in the morning hours. Our instructor Kat was awesome, and super personable. She made us a Taylor Swift playlist, and worked super well with the preferences of difficulty of the group!
