1. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. Credit card payments must be made no later than 72 hours before the event.

2. What is the minimum number of guests?

There is a $600 minimum for all events, which typically covers about 10 adults.

3. How much do kids cost?

Accepted Answer

Kids aged 12 and under are $30 each. Adults are $60 per person. Children can select from a limited protein menu.

Question 4

4. How many proteins can each guest choose?

Accepted Answer

Each guest may choose 2 proteins from the following:
Chicken, NY Strip Steak, Shrimp, Scallops, Salmon
(Optional upgrades: Filet Mignon +$5, Lobster Tail +$10)

5. What is included in the service?

Accepted Answer

We provide all proteins, vegetables, cooking equipment, and a trained chef.
Guests are responsible for providing tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.

6. What about tips and payment methods?

Accepted Answer

Gratuity is not included. A 20% tip is appreciated.
We accept cash or credit cards (credit cards incur add 10% processing fee and must be paid 72 hours in advance).

7. Is there a travel fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Travel fee is $50 per chef for the first 1–50 miles, then $2 per mile thereafter.
Parties over 30 people require 2 chefs.

8. What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

You are required to provide a covered cooking area (tent, patio, etc.) in case of rain.
If you cancel within 48 hours due to weather, there will be a $200 cancellation fee.

9. When does the chef arrive?

Our chef will arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled event start time for setup.

10. When do I submit food choices?

Accepted Answer

A booking manager will confirm guest count and protein selections by text the week of your event.
