OMG! Moon is AMAZING!!!! I had a last minute emergency due to another company not delivering my balloons on time. I was freaking out as I had a big party soon to begin. I called and he answered, even 3 minutes after they already closed!! He was so supportive and understanding and IMMEDIATELY leaped into action to save the day. I was beyond impressed and I am so glad real great people still exist in the world. Moon, thank you so much for your help. You were a life saver!

I ordered balloons from this company for a birthday party, and they seriously knocked it out of the park! Everything looked amazing. super cute, colorful, and just really brought the whole vibe together. Desmond was especially awesome. He was so helpful and easy to talk to, and he made the whole process feel really simple (which I appreciated because I had no idea what I was doing at first lol). He gave great suggestions and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and was patient with me and all my questions! Definitely planning to use them again for the next party. Highly recommend, especially if you get to work with Desmond!

Absolutely Amazing! I needed a last minute arrangement of balloons for Valentines day, delivered and presented as a surprise. When I tell you it was as easy as Bibadee Bobbidee Boo! Great customer service, ON TIME delivery, great verbal and written communication, and product matches the presentation and quality of the price asked! Mind you, this was my very first time ordering and will be returning and telling everyone I know. In a world where customer service is lacking, this company believes in taking care of the customer.

This is the spot to get balloons! Moon was incredibly helpful in creating a vision and executing beautifully it for a Sweet 16. He went above and beyond blowing up balloons and creating examples while we tried to figure out what exactly we wanted. Make sure to go see him when you’re ordering your balloons. He was so patient and went out of his way to make sure the order had everything we wanted and more. Thank you Moon!

Outstanding service and fabulous balloons for my conference. The owner himself assisted with a question I had - excellent customer service and we received compliments on the balloons all day. Also easy to order - online or I ordered via phone with a person who was really helpful. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I love how just a few balloons can completely transform a party, and Balloon Kings made it so easy! They delivered for my birthday and even brought extra balloons just in case any popped or deflated (which luckily didn’t happen). The delivery team was super professional—they even brought everything inside and placed them exactly where I needed. The balloons looked amazing and really completed the whole vibe of the party.
