We hired Kyle from North Shore Private Dining, and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible dining experiences we’ve ever had. This man brought full five-star-restaurant energy straight into our Airbnb for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! From start to finish, Kyle went above and beyond. He handled the groceries, planned and printed a gorgeous dinner menu, travelled all the way to our Airbnb, cooked every course to perfection, plated everything beautifully, and then even took care of the entire cleanup. It was the most seamless, stress-free experience we could’ve asked for. And the food… unreal. Every dish was homemade, bursting with flavour, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with so much care. Not a single crumb survived. And the best part? Kyle added the cutest personalized touches, including edible rose-gold glitter on the tiramisu to match our theme. Obsessed! Kyle truly made my sister’s bachelorette weekend unforgettable. If you’re thinking about booking North Shore Private Dining, do it. The quality, the service, the professionalism, and the attention to detail Kyle brings are absolutely next-level. We’re already planning our next event in Lutsen just so we can book him again!

Wanted to do something special for a girls weekend/book club retreat. Our short term rental recommended Kyle and North Shore Private Dining. Prior to the event I connected with Kyle through email. We had a few dietary restrictions, but otherwise were open to any menu. He prepared an excellent three course meal for our group. I'd certainly book again for any event in the future.

Chef Kyle from North Shore Private Dining prepared a delicious four-course menu for our party of ten individuals who were in town for a wedding. He designed the menu, shopped for the groceries, prepared and served each of the dinner courses, and then cleaned up after the dinner. He is very talented and every course was phenomenal. We are a somewhat picky crew and everyone was in awe of his culinary skills. Anyone looking for an event to be catered in the Duluth area should book an evening dinner with Chef Kyle. He makes the entire process feel seamless. At the end of the dinner service we were all pleasantly full. The private dinner was worth every penny. Our group would highly recommend Chef Kyle.

We had Kyle for our elopement day dinner and it was absolutely perfect. Aside from the food being delicious, Kyle was so easy to work with. From the first email, phone calls, planning and the day of, such a great experience. We recommend him to anyone looking to make their special event even more perfect.

I’m a cabin caretaker/property manager and on of my clients hosted a large party with close friends and ended up with a group of 10. Chef Kyle, prepared excellent meals for multiple breakfasts and a multi course dinner. He was super easy to work with and very well organized. For the dinner service, Jaris, provided bar/wait service which helped get everyone settled in and made sure their drinks were topped off and the clients could sit down and while she brought the different courses to the table. Great team! This client likes to have fun and enjoy the time with friends, having someone handle the cooking made their weekend. Think of all the prep time that goes into delicious meals and you can easily see how having Chef Kyle made the time with friends very easy to manage. Highly recommend and when another clients hosts a large party I know who I’ll be calling first.

We had an amazing experience with North Shore Private Chef for our anniversary dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, local ingredients. Our chef created a warm, relaxed atmosphere and took care of every detail—truly a personalized high-quality experience. Highly recommend for any special occasion on the North Shore (Lake Superior)!

Chef Kyle is amazing! From communication, details, and the food - all was incredible. Chef Kyle and his team did a Sopranos inspired menu for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party and we could not have been happier, everything was 10/10 delicious! We hired North Shore Private Dining to cater a family style wedding dinner for 16 guests with appetizers and a three course meal. Kyle recommended wine pairing, which we purchased and his staff served us. We had a vision of combining my husband and my cultural heritage through the food (Russian, Cuban, Minnesotan), and Kyle took the time and effort to make it happen. He was very accommodating with the menu and every single item was delicious. We were impressed by how seamless everything went and how professional, flexible, and kind his staff was. I’m convinced Chef Kyle is a culinary genius. Would book NSPD for any future special events in the area.

The dinner Chef Kyle made was outstanding and such a joy to work with, along with pairing the wines with our meal was right on. Such a treat to be catered too. Kyle you hit it out of the ballpark with our meal. It was delicious!!!!!

Chef Kyle was very professional and personable. He really elevated our wedding experience by delivering a beautiful custom 4 course meal in our accommodation. He also took into consideration dietary restrictions (vegetarian, allergies, etc) and made substitutions for them. I would overall recommend Chef Kyle for the professionalism, attention to detail, and the food itself as it was just pure art and delicious!

Chef Kyle and his team were fantastic. We recently had North Shore Private Dining cater our wedding about 45 minutes from Duluth. We had about 30 total guests and each of the five courses was fresh and delicious. Chef Kyle also coordinated with our venue and a third-party rental company to make sure we had enough silverware, tables, etc., which was greatly appreciated to take another potential point of stress off of our plates. We 100% recommend Chef Kyle and North Shore Private Dining, and hope to have the opportunity to be served by him again!

My wife and I hired Kyle to create a four course meal for our small and intimate wedding celebration. His communication leading up to our special day was wonderful and he was extremely flexible when we were considering options for each course. He was understanding when our ceremony ran a little long but got to work right away. He provided some really nice wine pairings to go with each course. The food itself was…DELICIOUS. The cost was very reasonable and we hope to hire him again in the future. Thanks so much, Kyle!!

Kyle was amazing from start to finish! From coordination to execution. He was extremely organized, great at communicating and helped us find the best option for our event. The food was FANTASTIC and everyone is still raving about the entire evening. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Kyle!

Chef Kyle did an amazing job creating a meal for our small and intimate dinner party. He is diligent, resourceful, responsive, and most of all, talented. His assistant was friendly, helpful, and very sweet. His food was incredible! The highlights being the perfectly cooked lamb course, the shrimp salad, and the absolutely heavenly desert. Not only was everything delicious, but the plating was beautiful.. and he did it all in a tiny vacation rental kitchen!! Truly a feat! Our meal was such a wonderful experience and it topped off a beautiful day! we highly recommend North Shore Private Dining to everyone! 11/10! Thanks Kyle, it was truly memorable.
