Isabelle, the owner is most welcoming and has blankets any tea available to make sure you are super cozy. I leave knowing I’ve treated my body to something special. Bringing friends and family back with me!

The Austin Salt Room is an absolutely amazing space! There are monthly special events so if you have the chance to attend a sound bath here you won't regret it. They also have an insanely intuitive tarot reader that makes the experience here even more meaningful.

Isabelle was amazing! This is my first time doing a salt room, and I will definitely be back. The aura and vibes she gives off adds to the calming feeling you’ll get once you enter the Salt Room!! Bring a book with you just in case, as electronics are not advised

This was an amazing experience!! We got to enjoy the salt room!! We have always been interested in the salt therapy and Isabel was incredible! She walked us through what to do, what to expect and even recommended different home therapy oils and teas! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family loves the Austin Salt Room! The kids sessions are perfect for us so my littles can enjoy calming sensory play while I read or work on my laptop. I always attended the monthly women’s circles and look forward to the fun and thought provoking topics around self care. The full moon meditations with Amalia are so dreamy and nourishing! They have become a vital part of my routine for mental clarity and decompression. Can’t recommend this place enough, they have so many events and workshops that there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Treat yourself to the best self care in town. Austin's best and saltiest salt room, hands down. To your kind staff and super salty air, my sinus allergies thank you. There's always parking available in the back, and availability to come by myself for quiet time or bring the kids for a raucous, salty playtime. 10/10 recommend.

The calming ambiance and unique salt therapy create the perfect environment for relaxation and wellness. In addition to the incredible benefits of the salt therapy, I absolutely love attending yoga sessions there. The combination of yoga and the serene setting enhances my overall sense of peace and well-being. It’s a sanctuary where I can focus on nurturing my body and mind.
