I’ve been cooking for more than 12 years across villas, resorts, and private events in Jamaica, Canada, and the U.S. Guests love this experience because it’s more than just food—it’s a mix of flavor, atmosphere, and good energy. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, girls’ trips, guys’ trips, bachelorette dinners, family reunions, or simply spoiling yourself while on vacation. Every dinner is built to feel special, with a personal touch and authentic Caribbean flair.

Guests of all ages are welcome. Alcohol is served only to guests 18+ with a valid ID. If anyone underage is found drinking, the experience will end immediately, and a $100 fee will apply.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
A $100 service charge per person applies for chef services. Food cost is then added based on your chosen menu to create the final total.

How does pricing work?
There is a $100 service charge per person that covers my chef services. Your selected menu items are then added as the food cost. The two combined give you the final total. This keeps things simple and transparent.
What’s included in the service?
I provide all cooking, setup, and cleanup, along with professional plating and presentation. If you’d like, I can also arrange tableware, glassware, and décor for an additional fee.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, absolutely. I can create vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or special allergy-friendly meals. Please share any restrictions when booking so I can plan the menu accordingly.
How is alcohol handled?
I provide my signature Jamaican rum punch as a welcome drink. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, or I can arrange a bar setup for an additional cost.
How do deposits and payments work?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made online or through direct transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, as your date and menu items are secured in advance. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate depending on availability.
What group sizes can you handle?
I cater for both intimate dinners for two and groups up to 15 guests. Larger events may be accommodated with additional staff.
Where do you provide this service?
I am based in Montego Bay but travel to surrounding areas. Transportation outside Montego Bay incurs a fee of $55 per hour.
How far in advance should we book?
Bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance. Any bookings made within 7 days are considered a rush request and will include a $100 rush fee.
What type of menu options are available?
You may choose from my curated menus or build a custom menu. I offer everything from Jamaican classics like jerk chicken and oxtail to fine dining dishes like lobster tail and filet mignon.
What is the dining style?
I offer plated fine-dining meals or buffet-style setups, depending on your preference and group size. Both are designed to deliver a luxury experience.
How long does the experience last?
Most private dinners last about 3–4 hours, including setup, service, and cleanup. Larger events may take longer depending on the menu.
Do you bring staff to assist?
For smaller groups, I typically handle everything myself. For larger parties or plated multi-course dinners, I may bring an assistant or servers to ensure smooth service.
What if we have kids in the group?
Yes, I can create kid-friendly options or smaller portions at adjusted pricing. Please let me know in advance if children will be dining.
