Frequently Asked Questions for Lioness Health’s Mobile Aerial Fitness Party

Question 1

How much space do you need?

Accepted Answer

Outdoors, I suggest a space of 10 feet in diameter, and obviously the height would not matter.

Indoors I suggest a space that has a 12 foot ceiling at minimum and also a 10 foot diameter space for the base.

Question 2

Does the rig damage anything?

Accepted Answer

NOT AT ALL! It can be set up and broken down in a matter of minutes and does not leave damage.

Question 3

I have no experience! Is that OK?

Accepted Answer

Totally! That’s my specialty. I can accommodate any BODY at ANY level.

Question 4

How much time do we need?

Accepted Answer

I suggest one hour minimum, up to 2 hours.

Question 5

How many people can you accommodate?

Accepted Answer

I’m gonna accommodate parties up to 10 people. If the party is larger than 10 people, we can still make it work. We just need special requirements.
