Cancún: Situated right in the heart of the Party Center in the Hotel Zone (Km 9.5). You can reach it via a short taxi ride or by taking the public R-1 or R-2 buses that run 24/7 along Kukulcán Boulevard. Playa del Carmen: Located in Downtown Playa del Carmen on Calle 12 Norte, just steps off the popular 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida). It is easily walkable from most central resort areas and hotels in Playa.

Doors typically open around 10:30 PM (earlier around 9:00 PM–10:00 PM for Gold Member/VIP ticket holders to enter and settle in), with the main stage show starting around 11:00 PM. The continuous performances and party run straight through until roughly 3:00 AM – 3:30 AM.
