Great tour in a small catamaran with a great crew. Snorkeling was good, and the island's beach was absolutely beautiful. Just keep in mind that it's unfortunately very crowded everywhere. If that's okay with that, you'll have a unique experience.

The food was not good at all when we got to the "private club" on the island. Need more variety and better food it was not worth the upgrade but the crew on the boat was very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coco Bongo Punta Cana is an experience you absolutely must have. The atmosphere is spectacular, with high-energy shows, excellent music, top-notch entertainment, and a production that keeps the excitement going all night long. It's much more than a nightclub; it's a complete and unique spectacle, perfect for enjoying yourself, dancing, and creating unforgettable memories. A must-visit if you're in Punta Cana!

A must do experience. We waited in the line to enter Coco bongo (was around 30 mins wait) We had one drink, although open bar but the place is packed so no one would move to get drinks, the waiters distributed on us. As for the show it was pretty amazing! Full os surprises and unexpected shows. Great organisation, super fun! One of the best shows I've been to. I highly recommend it :)

It would be very helpful if they provided umbrellas during the tour (just for loan) and we would return them at the end. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience, and Mariel was very attentive, making the experience more dynamic and entertaining.

Kevin is a great guide, very professional and an excellent person. Fidel, the driver, was very attentive to all of us and very caring. They both made a great team and provided us with a very good experience.

The bus was very comfortable with A/C and a restroom on board which was needed for the 3.5 hour drive to Chichen Itza from Akumal. The Cenote was amazing and the food was delicious, some of the most authentic food I had on my stay in Cancun given it was still buffet style.

This trip was very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our guide. He was witty and fun. It was awesome to see one of the "wonders of the world". The workers were very COVID-19 safe and ensured we stayed safe.

We absolutely loved the dolphin experience. It had been on our bucket list for a long time so my twin sister and I thought we'd finally tick it off whilst in Mexico. It completely exceeded our expectations. We were in the water playing with the dolphins for a lot longer than we expected, maybe around 30 minutes. Our guide Joseph was amazing and made our experience so much more fun and enjoyable. The only negative I would have for this is that the price you have to pay for the photos is absolutely extortionate, they were actually more expensive than the excursion itself.

Great excursion the guide was awesome. He really made the whole experience. His name is on top of my tongue but can't remember. He is a shorter guy that wears face mask around head. He was really funny and knowledgeable and made the experience. He even called me by my name he was very personable and great at his job.

It is a very well-planned tour. The places visited have beautiful scenery.

This tour is great because it isn't in a crowded theme park. You have a tour guide and a professional photographer take you to 4 different cenote locations with different activities at each location: snorkeling, kayaking, rappelling, swimming, zip-lining, cliff jumping and lots of swimming. They also provide snacks, hydration, and a light lunch. This was my second time doing this tour and I still loved it and had a blast. Our tour guide Claudio and photographer Gina were awesome to hang out with!

We had a great time on our private tour to Chichen Itza with Go Visit Cancun. We were a family of four including a 2 year old. Our guide and driver were very accommodating as we went at a slower pace, needed to change diapers, etc. They had kid friendly snacks and juices. We also enjoyed the cenote and appreciated that they had life jackets for 2 year olds. We highly recommend this tour and appreciate GVC tailoring it to the needs of our group.

Our driver was Charlie (Carlos) and our guide was Victor Miguel, They were so much fun, Charlie was an excellent driver (my daughter and I often get car sick - but his smooth driving kept us so comfortable). Victor was a passionate, knowledgeable guide. We had the best day.
