Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own beverages. We suggest packing a small cooler and letting us know in advance if you’d like to add any special touches like a toast or personalized picnic.

Yes, there are restrooms at each cenote and at the restaurant in Valladolid. There’s also a lunch stop midway through the tour.

The tour involves moderate activity (swimming and walking on natural terrain), but it’s accessible for most. We advise caution for guests with limited mobility. All guests should feel comfortable walking on uneven surfaces and getting in and out of the water.

What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

Light rain doesn’t spoil the fun (cenotes are magical in the rain!), but if the weather becomes unsafe, the tour can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

It’s not included by default, but we can help coordinate a professional photographer or quick Insta-worthy sessions with your guide at the best spots. We also recommend bringing your phone or camera fully charged.

You’ll enjoy a traditional Yucatecan meal at a local restaurant in Valladolid. If anyone in your group has dietary restrictions, just let us know when booking and we’ll gladly make adjustments.

No special gear is required to swim in these cenotes. We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, and sturdy sandals. Snorkeling gear is not provided but can be requested in advance.

How do I confirm my booking and what is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Your reservation is confirmed once payment or a deposit is received. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
