As a busy mom, I spend most of my time taking care of everyone else. Meg’s Sound Nap gave me permission to slow down for an hour and simply receive. It felt like a reset button for my nervous system. I didn’t realize how much I needed that kind of rest until I experienced it.

The space is always well prepared to be visually soothing, it sets the mood and excitement to being led gently into a realm of peace. Her soothing voice adds to the calmness set by her candle lit setup. Then the alchemy crystal bowls surrounded my being, pausing every thought, leading me into a bliss of silence. I would love a 2 + hour sound bath from her. Recommend her sound bath for anyone new or not.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is self-care without the pressure. No need to be flexible, spiritual, experienced, or even particularly good at relaxing. Just show up. Meg takes care of the rest.

I’ve attended several sound baths over the years, and Meg’s are by far my favorite. Her approach feels genuine, down-to-earth, and incredibly nurturing. Nothing feels forced or performative. It’s simply a beautiful space to rest, reset, and reconnect. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Our annual girls' weekend at Canyon Lake has become a tradition we all look forward to every year, and adding a sound bath with Meg was one of the best decisions we've made. Several of us said afterward that we felt lighter, more grounded, and slept better than we had in weeks. If you're planning a girls' weekend, retreat, birthday celebration, or special gathering, I can't recommend Meg enough. It was the highlight of our trip and something we'll definitely be bringing back next year.

Meg created such a calming, welcoming atmosphere. Even guests who had never experienced sound healing before felt comfortable and completely at ease. The experience was beautiful, grounding, and somehow brought everyone closer together. If you're looking for something unique, meaningful, and genuinely restorative for a bridal shower, I cannot recommend Meg enough. It was the perfect way to celebrate, connect, and create a special memory with the people I love most.
