Pik N Go Picnics provides the ideal picnic setup in Fredericksburg, Texas, perfect for celebrating any special occasion with friends! Whether you're planning a bachelorette festivities or a birthday celebration, we can host up to 20 guests at each event. Each picnic is crafted to deliver a distinctive experience with a carefully curated theme. You have the option to host your picnic at one of our chosen wineries for an additional fee, or we can explore public location options and you can pre-ordered food beyond the winery.

We are happy to tailor each package to suit your specific requirements. Please note that food is not included in the package, but we can provide you with a list of our preferred vendors upon request. For picnic locations, we have a diverse range of options available. Pik N Go Picnics has partnerships with some of the most popular wineries on the 290 Wine Trail, or if you prefer a more secluded setting, just let us know where you would like to go.

• Must be 21 years old if you choose your picnic at our preferred winery.
• 20% Gratuity is automatically included.
• Weather Conditions: Texas weather can be very unpredictable. If it rains, snow, excessive heat, or other weather conditions are not conducive to having an event, you may reschedule your picnic for a later date with no penalties *subject to availability* you will have one week to submit in writing with a new date and 3 months to redeem from the date of the reschedule.
• Event Liability: During the duration of your event, the client agrees to care for all inventory. It’s the client's responsibility for ALL lost, stolen or damaged equipment. You will be charged the price value if any of these occur.
• Do not under any circumstances leave your event unattended. If you would like to leave your event early, please message or call us at ,30 minutes prior to when you would like to leave, and we will return promptly.
• We do not permit the use of any open-flame candles at our picnics, and we are not liable for any consequences of live fire.
• It’s the client’s responsibility to inform Pik N Go Picnics of any food, fabric, fragrance or any other known allergies.
