This is a guided sound meditation combined with energetic healing and deep nervous system reset. Using crystal singing bowls, channeled voice and subtle energy work, Kristiina gently leads your group into a meditative state that opens the door to calm, clarity and connection.

Do I need any prior experience with meditation or sound healing?

Not at all! These sessions are designed for everyone - whether you’re brand new or deeply experienced. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to receive. You will receive exactly
what you need.

Can this be done indoors or outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Sessions can be held in homes, Airbnb rentals, hotel suites, rooftops, backyards or private wellness spaces. Outdoor sessions are magical, weather permitting - just let Soulmaster Studio know in advance.

How long is the session?

Accepted Answer

Each Soulful Sound Meditation & Healing Journey lasts approximately 60 minutes of guided sound and energy work. After the journey, there's additional time (about 15–20 minutes) for quiet reflection, group integration, photos, light conversation or optional card readings if booked.
It’s a sacred space - but also a joyful one. We create connections.

What should we wear?

There’s no dress code - comfort and authenticity are key.
Some guests come in cozy loungewear to fully relax into the experience, while others arrive in semi-dressy outfits if they’re celebrating something special. You’re welcome just as you are and feel good.

Do you travel to our location?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Kristiina brings the entire experience to you, including yoga mats (just let when booking), crystal bowls and all necessary elements. Just provide the space - she brings the frequency.
