StretchLab totally changed my life- I have better mobility, I get injured way less (if ever), and my back pain has subsided. I move better during workouts and tennis and experience way less pain afterward. Aija is a scholar in my unique structural challenges and Rima takes no prisoners (in a good way). 10/10

The stretch lab is perfect for my wellness regimen. My specialist at the Highland location was very knowledgeable. Before my stretch session, we completed a body scan to identify where I’d needed more focus on and how to monitor my progress. Overall, my body left feeling relaxed and less tensed. I’d recommend this business to anyone.

This was my very first time coming in and my session was with Karima, she was amazing. I came in for lower back, shoulders, hips, and neck issues. I could barely take the assessment when I first started, but when I finished my session, I was able to squat completely down. To me that was amazing because I was extremely stiff and in pain and after this session, I am no longer stiff. I will definitely come back and recommend this service to everyone needing to be stretched.

Amazing experience. Always feel rejuvenated and loosened up after. Everyone is super nice, great flexologists and front desk staff! Perfect location as well. Definitely recommend this addition to recovery routine to all my weekend warriors!

AMAZING! Been coming for 3 months and it has made such a difference! I can feel the benefits of the stretches in my day to day, working out and posture! I see several people and honestly have not had a bad session! Highly recommend this service but also this location in particular. You are always greeted by a friendly face and the facility is clean!

Today was my first day visiting a stretch lab and I absolutely loved it! My stretch therapist was incredible, throughout the entire visit she was communicative and ensured that I was accomplishing what I needed out of the visit. I was initially very skeptical of the concept but I will be back!

They target not just the muscles that are sore or inflexible, but the underlying issues. The sessions are both relaxing & therapeutic. StretchLab is an asset in my “wellness routine”!
