What happens if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Plans change, we get it.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your charter, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward another day. If you cancel within 48 hours, we’ll do our best to rebook the slot. If we can, we’ll refund or credit you. If not, the deposit may be forfeited.

Question 2

What if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Your safety comes first.
If the Captain determines that conditions aren’t safe, we’ll reschedule or offer a refund/credit. 
Light rain or clouds won’t cancel a charter, but high winds, lightning, or rough seas might.

Question 3

Can I reschedule my trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes — just let us know early. If the new date is available, we’re happy to move your booking at no extra charge.

Last-minute changes may be harder to accommodate.

Question 4

How many people can come on board?

Accepted Answer

Our boat seats up to 11, but per U.S. Coast Guard regulations, charters are limited to 6 paying passengers max (not including the captain/crew). This includes all ages.

Question 5

Do I need to sign anything before boarding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All guests must sign a simple liability waiver before the trip.

Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present to sign for them.
