We had a wide range of fitness levels in our group, but the instructor made the class feel completely accessible and fun for everyone.

We booked a private HIIT session for our bachelorette and had an absolute blast. Our instructor brought so much energy and really got us moving after a long travel day.

We did this for a bach party and it was a hit. the custom playlist was a nice touch and it wasn't too intense for the girls who don't do pilates often
