What is included?

• All booking fees, travel fees (for parties located within 25 miles of downtown Nashville), taxes, and set up fees are included.

• 5 permanent bracelets; each guest may choose one bracelet from a curated chain selection, thoughtfully chosen to balance style, durability, and timeless design. For an elevated experience, an assortment of 40+ chain styles in 14k gold-filled and .925 sterling silver is brought to each event, ensuring beautiful options for every guest. All materials are responsibly sourced from reputable, trusted vendors.

• On-location service is included for locations within 25 miles of downtown Nashville. Events located +25 miles outside of downtown Nashville will incur a $25 travel fee which is due at the time of booking. If free, on-site parking is not available, a $25 parking fee will be required.

• Your experience includes an on-location, beautifully arranged, complete setup with a CERTIFIED permanent jewelry stylist. For larger parties, an assistant may be present to maintain a personalized, high-touch experience for every guest. Skyline Sparks provides a curated experience designed for private celebrations. Every detail of your event is elevated—from the jewelry display to personalized service. Each guest receives one-on-one attention to select their perfect piece from our curated collection, ensuring every piece feels personal and special.

Additional guests/bracelets:

+$100 per guest/bracelet (includes one permanent bracelet; optional upgrades are available and paid individually).

Upgrades & Personalization:

Guests may personalize their jewelry with optional upgrades including charms (+$15), and connectors (+$20). Upgrades are not included in the minimum event pricing and are purchased individually by each guest. Guests may also purchase additional bracelets beyond what is included in the event minimum. Additional bracelets beyond the minimum are +$100 each and will be added to your total.

Deposit:

To provide a private, elevated experience, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your date. The deposit is applied to your final balance. Should you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your exclusive event and compensates for stylist preparation and blocked availability. The remaining balance is only collected at the time of the event.

Some stylists use a soldering method. Soldering involves a torch and solder to melt metal and join pieces together — an open flame. While this is a standard and effective technique for traditional jewelry repairs done at a jeweler’s bench, it is not recommended for permanent jewelry applied directly on the body.

Another method you may see advertised is a non-welded link. These links are closed to appear seamless, but they are mechanically closed — not fused. With enough force (a snag, pull, or twist), the link can open or loosen over time. While they can look permanent, they are not structurally bonded in the same way a weld is.

True welded permanent jewelry is considered the industry standard for on-body application. This method uses a precision micro-welder to create a quick, controlled electrical pulse that fully bonds the metal at the jump ring. The process takes milliseconds, involves no open flame, and the heat is localized to the metal — not the skin.
