About this Experience

What you'll do:

Your certified stylist arrives at your Louisville location, sets up a full jewelry display, and fits each guest individually with a precision-welded permanent bracelet, anklet, or necklace chosen from more than 40 styles in 14k gold-filled, sterling silver and stainless steel.

  • Browse the Collection - Choose from more than 40 chain styles in 14k gold-filled, .925 sterling silver, and stainless steel, each sourced from vetted suppliers and arranged in a styled display set up specifically for your group.

  • Get Fitted One-on-One - Your stylist sizes the chain to your wrist, ankle, or neck individually so the fit is tailored to you, not adjusted to a standard default length.

  • Watch the Weld - A precision micro-welder bonds the jump ring in milliseconds with no open flame and no heat on your skin, producing a clean, seamless connection built for long-term wear.

  • Add Charms or Connectors - Personalize your piece on the spot with optional charm or connector upgrades selected from the stylist's onsite collection at the time of your fitting.

  • Walk Away Wearing It - There is no clasp, no take-home assembly, and no waiting period; your permanent piece is ready to wear the moment the weld is complete.

This is a fully private permanent jewelry party, not a pop-up or shared appointment, so your group gets the entire session to yourselves with focused, unhurried attention on every guest.

Why we love it for your party:

  • Comes to You - Skyline Sparks travels to your hotel, Airbnb, or home within 25 miles of downtown Louisville, so your group never has to leave the celebration to make it happen.

  • 40-Plus Chain Styles Onsite - The full collection travels with the stylist, giving every guest a genuine selection rather than a small edited subset pulled for the event.

  • Precision Micro-Welding - The welded method used here fully bonds the metal at the jump ring, unlike mechanically closed links that can open under pressure; this is the industry standard for on-body permanent jewelry.

  • Certified and Insured Stylist - The stylist is professionally trained in fit, safety, materials, and client consent, and the business carries liability insurance, which is not standard across the permanent jewelry industry.

  • Fully Private Session - Your group is the only booking in that window; no strangers, no shared tables, and no pressure to clear the space for the next appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is "permanent jewelry"?

Permanent jewelry is a wonderful way to celebrate occasions, mark milestones, make a style statement, and create special memories with friends and loved ones. We custom-fit a chain to your wrist, neck, or ankle. A small welder is used to weld the ends of the chain together for an easy and painless process. We do not use a clasp. Instead, a tiny jump ring is used to connect and weld the two ends of the chain, turning it into a "permanent" piece of jewelry. Please keep in mind that the term "permanent" is used because the jewelry is meant to be worn 24/7. It has the potential to last for years.

Does it hurt?

No pain is involved. The only feeling you will have is the excitement of having a beautiful new piece of jewelry and the memories made while doing so.

How do I care for my permanent jewelry?

Will permanent jewelry tarnish over time? The short answer is yes. The long answer is, don’t get confused between a little tarnish buildup and plating scratching off to expose the base metals. Tarnish does not indicate poor quality; it’s a natural process that can often be reversed through proper cleaning methods. Permanent jewelry can tarnish due to chemical exposure, such as lotions, perfumes, pools, hot tubs, and household cleaning supplies. Avoid harsh chemicals and exposure to bleach and chlorine. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which can damage the metal. Everyone’s body chemistry is different, and some people naturally produce more oils or acids that can accelerate tarnishing. Permanent jewelry should be cleaned regularly.

Do you weld permanent jewelry on children?

Permanent jewelry or any jewelry piece can be a danger to young children. Skyline Spark welds only bracelets and anklets (no necklaces) on minors ages 5-17 with a signed consent by a legal guardian.

What materials do you use?

We offer options in gold-filled (NOT gold-plated), .925 sterling silver, and stainless steel.
