Rancher was amazing! Peyton was a phenomenal help. We came in during an extremely busy shift and she was so on top of it. Visiting with us while working on so many hats kept the wait feeling like no time at all. Highly recommend!

Kasey was phenomenal. She guided me to basically the perfect hat for me. A nice one at that. They have a great selection of varying quality levels. They have kids hats too! She did some extra shaping for me as well and was very patient with my requests.
