Private charters include complimentary bottled water, soda, a dedicated captain and crew, and a personalized experience on our spacious boat.
Can we bring our own food and drinks on a private charter?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We can provide coolers with ice to keep everything chilled with prior customer request.
What is the cancellation policy for private charters?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if canceled prior to 1 week before the scheduled excursion. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if unable to reschedule. Customers will receive a 50% refund if canceled with 1 week of scheduled excursion. If a customer cancels within 24 hours there will be no refund. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
