What you'll do:

Our Sound Immersion Experiences are designed to create a peaceful, elevated environment where guests can fully relax, reset, and reconnect through mindfulness, sound healing, and intentional self-care. We travel Long Island and are happy to go to Fire Island, Montauk and the Hamptons.

Guests are welcomed into a calming atmosphere with soft lighting, aromatherapy, cozy blankets, eye pillows, and our signature antigravity chair experience designed to help the body completely unwind and decompress. Herbal tea and light refreshments may be provided as guests settle into the space and begin slowing down from the outside world.

Each experience may include:

• Grounding & welcome tea ritual • Introduction to sound healing and frequency work • Discussion of sound bowls, vibration, and wellness benefits • Guided meditation & breath awareness • Crystal singing bowls, sound bowls, chimes, and immersive frequencies • Relaxation in antigravity chairs for full-body comfort • Aromatherapy, blankets, and calming sensory elements • Quiet reflection and integration time after the immersion

Additional information:

• A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

• Events cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled experience are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

• Outdoor and beach experiences may be adjusted due to weather conditions for guest safety and experience quality.

• Guests are expected to respect all equipment, furnishings, and wellness setup elements provided during the experience.

• Five Elements Energy Therapies reserves the right to end any event due to unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or excessively intoxicated behavior. A $100 termination fee may apply if an event must be ended early due to guest misconduct.

• Private wellness experiences, sound immersions, luxury picnics, bridal gatherings, and mindfulness events are designed to create a relaxing and elevated atmosphere for all guests.
