I have been attending five elements classes for a year this coming February. I have found them to be very helpful. The meditation classes are relaxing and very professionally done. Mh favorite class is the belly dancing where I feel energized upon leaving at the end of the session. I recommend that you give it a try.!

My first sound bowl healing class and wow!! I was amazed at how I was able to visualize colors and feel so many bodily sensations during the sessions. I will definitely return! Pretty cool to think our connected our bodies are to sound, smell, and other intangible experiences

I took so much wisdom away from this past weekend and so excited to continue to learn from her. She is truly amazing!! 10/10 ☺️

The information I learned and the connections I made are invaluable. Not only did my intuition and visualization abilities increase, I was able to witness deep energetic clearings. It was a truly magical experience!
