How many guests can join?

Our Pink E-boat host up to 6 passengers.

What’s your refund policy?

Cancel 48 hours before your picnic for a refund or one-time reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

What if it rains or the weather looks bad?

If the Captain determines conditions are unsafe, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain does not automatically cancel a picnic or cruise

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own bites and beverages, and we’ll handle the setup. Please note, no red wine.

Do you offer custom setups or themes?

Yes! Joi Picnic & Cruise are all about personalization. For custom styling or themed experiences, call or text us to bring your vision to life.

What happens if I arrive late?

We include a 15-minute grace period to keep things relaxed. After that, time is deducted from your session to keep our schedule flowing. If you’re running late, just give us a quick call or text.
