We require a minimum of 5 pieces of permanent jewelry purchased to make a party. No minimum number of people.

No! Gold filled, sterling silver are pieces that are made to last! We do recommend regular cleaning to keep them in optimal shape and shine.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. Once the chain is cut, the item is all yours. These are custom fit/cut pieces that are unique to each individual.

What happens if my chain breaks?

Accepted Answer

If you are local we offer complimentary rewelds if you purchased your chain with us, $10 if purchased from another vendor.

If you are not local we recommend finding a local permanent jeweler to have the chain reweld. It is customary for a nominal reweld fee to apply.

Please keep your chain! New chain will incur cost of a new item.
