Great experience overall. Fort Lauderdale has a lot of options but this felt very tailored to what we were looking for.

Super fun experience !

Super easy to coordinate. They had the mats all set up when we got there. Definitely recommend if you're staying in the Fort Lauderdale area

Instructor was super sweet and the workout was actually really good. Nice to have a healthy activity on the itinerary.

We did this for a bach party and it was a hit. the custom playlist was a nice touch and it wasn't too intense for the girls who don't do pilates often

Such a fun way to celebrate the bride! The instructor was warm and encouraging. Would book with Tamara and her team again.

Great communication and great yoga class. We did a sunset session on the beach and it was perfect.
