Is there an age limit?

Accepted Answer

All ages are welcome. Up to two children under 6 will be free with each paying adult. All additional children require a separate ticket. A paying adult must participate with anyone under the age of 14.

What is your late policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your game to sign waivers and go over rules with your game master. If you are more than five minutes late, you may face a time deduction.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking, we will apply the amount paid as credit for a future booking, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to give this notice will result in forfeiting your booking and payment
