How long does setup and teardown take?

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your booked start time to set up and ensure everything runs perfectly. Teardown takes about 30 minutes after the event ends.

Do you travel outside of Fairfield or the Bay Area?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We serve the entire Bay Area and surrounding cities — including Napa, Sonoma, Sacramento, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for events outside a 30-mile radius.

Are prints included?

Our Signature and Ultimate Luxe Booths include unlimited 2x6 or 4x6 prints. If you choose our Digital Luxe Booth, you can add prints as an upgrade option.

Question 4

Do we get digital copies of all photos?

Absolutely! Every event includes an online gallery that you and your guests can access after the event to download all photos, GIFs, and boomerangs.

Can we customize the photo layout or overlay?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’ll match your wedding or event theme with a personalized design that includes your colors, names, date, or logo.

Do you provide backdrops and props?

Yes — you’ll choose from our curated backdrop collection before your event. Fun, themed props are also included (except in minimalist or corporate setups where you prefer a cleaner look).

Is an attendant included?

Always. A professional booth attendant is on-site throughout your event to guide guests, ensure smooth operation, and keep the experience fun and engaging.

How do we book and secure our date?

Simply request your date through our website or LetsBatch listing. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a booking link to complete your deposit and finalize your reservation.

Can we extend the booth time during the event?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! Additional hours can be added on-site (based on availability) for starting at $175 per hour.
