Took my mom kayaking for Mother’s Day weekend and we really enjoyed kayaking here. The rowing dock is so close to zilker and has plenty of parking nearby. Kayaking on the west side of ladybird gives you beautiful views of the cliffs and surrounding nature. It’s so quiet and peaceful! The staff were all kind and welcoming especially Riss, who was helpful getting us set up with our kayaks. We’d definitely come back!

Been here several times, favorite dock in the area! Ris is awesome, gave great advice on direction and wind. Asked about trash clean up opportunities and she let us know they offered free rental time in exchange for picking up trash on the lake. Will definitely be looking into it!!

Had a great day at the Rowing Dock! I walked in to kayak for a bit on the river and Ris really helped me out today! They were super communicative and friendly. They greeted me at the front and made sure I knew the ins and outs. Thanks again!

Our group had a great experience with Morgan and Riley — 100% recommended! They’re full of energy and super fun, but they can also adjust to your pace if needed. I was really nervous at first since I hadn’t canoed in years, but they made the whole experience feel safe and fun for me and my group!

The staff here is great and they have plenty of rentals! We always come here when we visit. Military discounts! Way to go y'all! Porta potties on site. Clean. There's a handicapped one that gives you enough space to change into your gear if you need to. Shoe storage at the dock. You can rent a waterproof bag for your phone and fob. Great for families, groups, singles, friends

The entire team was super helpful and friendly. They helped us get our pets ready for their maiden voyage on the water. The entire experience was excellent!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would because they deserve it! I’m terrified of the water and the employees working here made me feel super relaxed and comfortable to take on kayaking for my first time. Clarissa was awesome and so were everyone as well. Best dog friendly spot to take go and relax on the water. Will definitely return!

Wonderful place to rent kayaks and stand up paddleboards. The staff are very professional and always help you secure the most cost conscious pricing. I love renting from them and my family does as well!
