Do we need any experience to join the session?
Not at all — this class is designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already have a practice, the instructor will offer modifications and progressions so everyone can move comfortably and confidently.
How long is the Mat Pilates session?
Sessions are typically around 60 minutes, giving your group enough time to warm up, move through a full-body flow, and finish with a grounding cool-down stretch.
What should we wear or bring?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in easily. Grip socks are optional, and we recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Everything else you need for the workout will be provided.
How much space do we need for the group session?
A clear, open area large enough for each guest to lie down with arms and legs extended is ideal — living rooms, patios, lawns, or pool decks all work great. The instructor will help adjust the setup to fit your space.
