My group went on the yoga and hiking tour for a bachelorette party activity. It was an awesome experience! Mandy was a great tour guide. The hike was moderate and the yoga flow was amazing. You can’t beat the views! It was really cool seeing the cows roam too.

Lauren was amazing! The hike was easy and beautiful a d the yoga practice was a great way to start the day! Lauren was great with sharing insights about the forest and took pictures for everyone. We had a lovely time and even made friends with some of the cows. Highly recommend. Thanks Lauren!

I have done goat yoga, yoga hikes, forest bathing and now the blue ghost firefly tour with Asheville Wellness Tours and every experience is OUTSTANDING!! They take the planning and guesswork out of the activities you know you want to do but involve some planning. They are so intentional, fun, approachable and accessible.
