Absolutely a life changing experience. Completely addicted to this monthly class now for the last 1.5 years. Shelby and Ryan are completely gifted in creating and leading you through the whole breath work experience. Started taking this for healing my nervous system and now cannot imagine my life without this class. Clarity, healing, release, surrender, peace and fulfilled joy are all things you will feel. Life changing!

Ryan and Shelby are wonderful. Their energy is warm, welcoming, and genuinely playful—they bring real heart to what they do, and you can feel it the moment you arrive. They hold space beautifully, whether on Zoom or in person, and create an environment where it actually feels safe to drop in and do the deeper work. I’ve found their classes to be both grounding and genuinely transformative, and I leave feeling lighter every time. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, I can’t recommend them enough!

LBW is always a worthwhile experience. Ryan and Shelby tend to always find a way to cultivate an environment that allows clients the space to identify and realize what they need. For me, it’s a perfect stage-setter in lead up to a stressful week.

Ryan and Shelby are amazing instructors. Their calm energy and soothing voices bring your nervous system where it needs to go. Shelby’s reiki during the session was such an amazing added bonus. The 1.5 hour class felt like 30 min. Their music they use during class brings your senses to a new heightened level. Highly recommend

I was lucky enough to meet Shelby and Ryan for my first session of breath work through close friends of mine and will be forever grateful for that experience. I will admit I was unsure about it at first but just one session had me hooked. They are both amazing people that really make you feel comfortable in the experience. I have felt the incredible power of breath work and practice it regularly on my own, but it’s not quite the same as the experience with unearth your soul. Any chance I get I’m making my way back to their class. Being in the field of medicine it is amazing to see all the literature on what breath work can do for brain health, the immune system, stress regulation, among other benefits. I highly recommend you check out a class!

Ryan and Shelby are incredible! Literally the best breathwork facilitators in the world. Every single time I attend one of their group classes I experience a breakthrough of some sort. They work together as a team perfectly, beginning with a beautiful and relaxing guided meditation by Shelby and going into the world-famous Liquid Breathwork created by the Breath Master himself, Ryan McBurney. The meditation prior to breathing really allows the body/mind to relax and makes it easier to achieve deep, transcendental states of consciousness. I’ve never experienced breathwork in such a profound way - they’ve literally cracked the code. If you’re looking for a breakthrough in any area of your life, I can’t recommend Ryan and Shelby enough. It will profoundly change your life.

Ryan has the perfect persona in every way to facilitate and guide you in breath work. I've experienced his leading in this several times, with different groups of people. Each time every person has a phenomenal experience. Ryan is excellent at leading the sessions afterward, to process the experience. If I lived in AZ, I'd be seeking him out regularly, without question. Pure joy to be with!

I hesitate to share how unique the women’s only breathwork class is for fear I will lose a spot on the mat! If you let yourself be 100% present, it will surely be unlike any experience you’ve ever had. Shelby will take you by the hand and walk with you through a whole new world of you. 10/10!

I've been to a few breathwork sessions now, some women-only and others co-ed and every single one has been deeply spiritually impactful. What started as simple curiosity and a willingness to explore inner healing quickly turned into something I look forward to and genuinely cherish. Both women's only classes with Shelby and co-ed classes with Ryan have been excellent! Breathwork with them is very introspective compared to other sessions I've done. It's been an important part of my healing journey. Grateful for them and liquid breathwork in general.

I just got back from my bachelorette party in Scottsdale. Our favorite activity, hands down, was a Reiki, Sound Healing, Liquid Breathwork session. They come to your airbnb and bring everything you need. I'm telling you it's powerful stuff and you should try it. VERY reasonable pricing too.
