NC Wine Gals is the best! We celebrated a friend's 40th birthday by visiting wineries. Even though our vacation rental was off the beaten path, NC Wine Gals worked with us to pick us up at our vacation rental and customize our tour for wineries near where we were staying. We visiting Mountain Brook Vineyards, Overmountain Vineyards, and Parker-Binns Vineyard and Winery. What a lovely experience! Our driver, Ranell, was lovely and very personable. The owner of NC Wine Gals put together an awesome charcuterie board for us to enjoy. It was a real treat. I would 1000% book one of their tours again. Thank you so much for having us!

Book. This. Tour! We came to Charlotte for a bachelorette trip and we could not have been happier with this excursion. Megan accommodated our big group of 13 and made sure all of our needs were met (better yet, exceeded). This tour is well worth the cost for an intimate wine tour with your group. We booked NC Wine Gals for an Asheville winery tour to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday and had the most amazing time! After booking, the owner reached out to find out our wine preferences and then shared the three wineries she picked based off those preferences. The wineries we visited were all different and unique. We loved that they took care of planning the day for us and were intentional about the wineries we visited. Our tour guide Catherine was incredible! She made a delicious charcuterie board, introduced us to owners and staff at each winery, and made the day extremely fun. Her warmth, friendly engagement, attention to detail, and extensive Asheville/wine knowledge made the experience even better. We all can’t express our gratitude to Catherine and NC Wine Gals enough for making our Asheville weekend so memorable! We can’t wait to go on another tour with them!

We had the best day with Megan and her dog, Harry. Turns out our group of 4 were the only people signed up for the public wine event, which was perfect for us. Megan gave us tons of personal attention but also left us alone to chat and of course, drink. She took us to 3 smaller wineries that we had not heard of but they did not disappoint. She was on time for pick up and had tons of water and snacks in the van. The day was a so fun and she was a pleasure. Book this tour!

I booked a private tour for a friends birthday this past Friday and I was blown away with how much fun we had. Megan was an amazing tour guide. She was knowledgeable about the wine and history of the vineyards. My group had such an amazing time we are looking to book our next tour. Had the best day celebrating my mom's 79th birthday on the Charlotte NC Wine Gals tour. Highly recommend for a big group, or even just a couple people. Will do it again soon!

Megan was very welcoming, funny and informative! The vineyards we visited were absolutely beautiful and the wine and snacks were great. Also very much enjoyed our little furry special guest, Harry.

I knew the weather was going to be a concern but that didn’t stop Megan and trainer Maggie and Harry from making this trip exactly what we needed. Megan was very attentive and I could tell she was willing to do the extra that we weren’t expecting. The personal touches, knowledge, information sessions and support made this entire experience all that we needed. Storm should not ruin anything after all, they don’t last but good times do. Thanks a million Megan!!!!

Catherine was an exceptional host on our wine tour! She adapted to our group’s personality and preferences and showed us a great selection of vineyards. Catherine went out of her way to make sure we had a great day.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Megan was amazing! Super knowledgable of the area and the vineyards tours as well as the different wines and grapes. The food was excellent as well. She was not just our guide but became our friend by the end of the day!

What a treat this is for the Charlotte and surrounding markets! It’s a full day packed with excitement, led by a friendly, down-to-earth guide, showcasing some of North Carolina’s most knowledgeable and dedicated winemakers. This is an absolute must-do!

Very much enjoyed the tour! Megan was great. There was an educational element, with trying to detect notes in the wine, as well as good information about NC wines. I was amazed we have this wonderful area so close to Charlotte. I highly recommend as a good kicking off point to learning more about the local vineyards or for just a fun day with family and friends.

I HIGHLY recommend this tour. This review may be lengthy, but I want to truly and properly portray the positive experience we had. Eight of us took the 3-winery tour out of Charlotte for my husband's birthday and a college reunion. Booking and planning the tour was very easy and Megan answered any questions I had. I specifically picked this tour because everything was done for you. Megan picked us up at our hotel that morning and started us off immediately with a tasting a treat. After about an hour ride in a comfy passenger van, we arrived at our first stop. At all 3 stops, a seating area, wines, and food, when applicable, were ready for us. Megan is very knowledgeable about the wineries, their history, and wine in general. She knows her stuff. She was great about sharing this info, but also great about sensing that this was a reunion and we wanted to spend time together. She was readily available to answer questions, take pictures and handle any needs. The charcuterie board and lunch sandwiches from her caterer were delicious. Most of our group was from out of state and had never experienced a winery before. They all absolutely loved it, and it was nice to show them an interesting area of our state (Yadkin valley). I would do this tour again and again and can't recommend it enough. Thank you, Megan and Antonio for a memorable day!
