How does it work?

Reflect Mirror Portrait Studio is a self-service photography experience designed to make professional-quality photos easy and comfortable. Inside the studio, a camera is placed behind a special two-way mirror. You see your reflection as you normally would, but the camera captures each shot without a photographer present.

Use the wireless clicker to take photos whenever you're ready, allowing you to adjust your pose, expression, and timing at your own pace. The studio lighting is professionally set, so every image is evenly lit and high quality.

All photos are shot in portrait orientation.

After your session, you’ll receive all of your photos digitally, giving you the freedom to choose and use your favorites however you’d like.

It’s a simple, private, and fun way to capture portraits that feel natural and authentic.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving camera-ready so you can make the most of your session time. Bring outfits that are prepared ahead of time and ready to wear and clean shoes.

Bring your makeup, a comb, hairspray, etc. for touch ups.

We provide rolling racks and a vanity mirror so you can make adjustments in the studio, but coming prepared allows you to spend more time capturing great photos instead of getting ready.

Can I bring food & drinks?

Yes! However, all food & drinks must stay in the lobby area. No food or drinks are permitted in the photo studios.

Where should we park?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available in the front lot on a first come first serve basis after 12pm.

Additionally, street parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be mindful of parking restrictions and posted signs.

ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY ONLY, you can park in the adjacent lot in front of look + see Vision Care.

What's in the photo studio?

Our studio is designed to make your session easy, comfortable, and fun. Everything you need for a smooth shoot is already set up and ready when you arrive.

Inside the studio, you’ll find:

Chairs and seating options for a variety of poses

A selection of fun props to add personality to your photos

A vanity mirror for hair and makeup touch-ups

Rolling racks to hang and organize outfit changes

A screen for viewing your images during your session

The lighting and camera are professionally set, so you can focus on experimenting, getting comfortable, and capturing photos you love.

Question 6

How long does my rental last?

Accepted Answer

Your session begins at your scheduled appointment time and lasts for the full length you booked. Time is not extended based on when you begin taking photos, so it’s important to be ready to start at your appointment time.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you can get settled, hang your outfits, and make any final touch-ups. Arriving prepared helps you maximize your shooting time and get the most variety from your session.

How many looks can I do?

As many as you can fit within your session time! We recommend arriving with outfits planned and camera-ready.

Question 8

How many photos do I get?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive every photo you take during your session (unedited). If you snap it, you get it!

There’s no limit to the number of images you can capture, so you’re free to take as many photos as you’d like within your session time. This gives you the flexibility to try different poses, expressions, and outfits without worrying about choosing favorites during the shoot.

Question 9

When will I get my photo gallery?

We aim to deliver your photo gallery link within 2 hours after your session.

You’ll receive every photo you took, making it easy to download, share, and start using your images right away.

Question 10

Do you edit the photos?

Accepted Answer

Photos are delivered unedited. We provide professionally lit, high-quality images exactly as they were captured during your session.

If you’d like additional retouching, we do offer professional editing services for an additional fee of $25/image.

This can include skin smoothing, blemish removal, background cleanup, and other light enhancements depending on your needs.

Question 11

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Appointments may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your session at no charge.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours receive a 50% refund.

Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $50 late change fee.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Question 12

Do you allow dogs?

We allow your furry friends to join your shoot with a $25 fee at booking!

Please ensure your dog is clean and on a leash at all times.
