Very knowledgeable guide, enjoyed the stories, but wished we would have gone inside the buildings. Would do this again.

I went on a Halloween tour with my partner and a few buddies. We made friends with the other people who joined, and we all met up at a Mexican restaurant afterward. Chelsea (aka Chuck) was such an amazing tour guide - full of wit, humor, and history! They were relatable, friendly, and the banter was excellent. I feel like I can speak for our whole group when I say book the tour!

We really had a great time! The tour guide was knowledgeable and very entertaining. I was kind of apprehensive going in because I had read some negative reviews but I found this tour to be really enjoyable and so did my date. No complaints!

I didn't know what to expect, but once we got there the tour guy was very nice and friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The tour is a walking tour to all these locations in downtown KC where ghosts have been witnessed. Who knew KC was so haunted! Some of the stories were a bit cheesy, but interesting. I would recommend it for all ages.

Miranda was AMAZING!! My mom, sister, and I took a day trip to KC and this tour was how we ended our night. It was cold and windy and we were the only people on the tour, but Miranda was peppy and informative and I really enjoyed her and her tour! She also made us little info books that we got to take home which I really appreciated. She not only knew all about the stops on the tour but also about all kind of things all over Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas! My mom didn’t anticipate enjoying this tour, but I’ve now convinced her to take another ghost tour sometime so THANK YOU!!

We had so much fun with Chelsea as our guide! She is a great storyteller and made the experience unforgettable. Loved walking around the city to places I knew of but certainly didn't know of the hauntings and ghost stories!

Johnathan was an excellent tour guide! He explained every detail very good ! I would definitely recommend and do it again. The time frame was well put together he was on time. You get what you pay for ! The area and weather really put the chilling effect on the stories !

We had a really fun time with Chuck(Chelsea) guiding us! Very personalized with only our group of 3! Chuck was personable and funny.
