The sushi was phenomenal, fresh and amazingly flavorful - some of the best I’ve ever had! And the service was top notch as well, professional, friendly and generous. Would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for top of the line sushi from a true master!

WOW!! Just WOW!! We hired Taka from AFC Sushi Catering for my husband’s 40th birthday party, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. The sushi was unbelievably fresh (they sourced the fish that morning and prepared everything on-site), absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. Taka and Yuki are some of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever hope to have at your event. They were warm, professional, and made the entire experience effortless. And let me tell you… they made SO MUCH SUSHI. We had a house full of people eating all night and still had leftovers. Every guest was raving about it!!! Amazing food!!Amazing people!!Amazing experience!!! 10/10!! 5 stars!! Book them!!!

We had the most amazing experience at our bachelorette party thanks to Chef Taka! From the very beginning, everything felt incredibly professional. Watching the preparation process was impressive! Every ingredient he brought was fresh and high quality, and you could immediately tell how much care and attention he puts into his work. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and he made the whole evening feel special, fun, and memorable! We couldn’t have asked for a better private sushi chef to celebrate such an important moment. Highly recommend Chef Taka if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience!!!

“We were incredibly happy with the whole experience hiring Asian Fusion catering to prepare a delicious sushi feast for an at-home birthday party. They were very professional, responsive and reasonably-priced. Most importantly, their food is delicious. My daughter said it was the best sushi she’s ever had. All of the fish was caught that morning and served unbelievably fresh. The rolls had just the right amount of rice and allowed each piece of sushi to shine. Literally the best sushi I’ve ever had and was the highlight of the trip. We’re still talking about his sushi. Book Taka, you won’t regret it!

Having hired Asian fusion catering for my birthday party, I didn't realize how easy it would be for me. Everything was done for me from appetizers to the sushi rolls salad and a dish for those who don't eat fish. He even brought his own rice maker and prepared the sushi right in from of us. I would definitely hire him again. Everything was fresh and delicious. He will cater to your desired sushi selection!

I hosted a 40 person sushi dinner party. Chef Taka arrived early and well prepared. After discussing the menu and items to be served he immediately went to work creating the exact items we had discussed quickly and efficiently. His knife skills and sushi assembly were on point and all the guests were impressed and wanting more. Everything was excellent and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend them if you are considering hiring a sushi chef. And, the price was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased and will definitely hire him again. Thanks!!!
