How do I schedule my setup?

1. Choose your desired package and specify the décor date, time window and property information
2. Provide information on character options or color requests
3. Complete payment at booking to confirm your reservation

How does the setup process work?

Accepted Answer

After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with any necessary access instructions.

On setup day:

we’ll text when we arrive
we’ll text once décor is complete

Please note there is a 15-minute grace period for access delays.

Clients are also responsible for any required parking fees associated with decorator access.

Question 3

Can I be present during the setup?

We ask that the space be empty during your scheduled setup window. This allows us to work efficiently and keeps the setup a surprise if intended. If you're nearby, we’re happy to coordinate timing so everything is ready before your arrival.

What types of accommodations can you decorate?

Accepted Answer

We offer in-room decorating services for resorts and Airbnb properties in the Orlando/Kissimmee theme park area. Whether you're staying at a resort or a cozy vacation rental, we can create a magical surprise just for you.

Question 5

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Full payment is required at booking
All fees are non-refundable unless Ring It On is unable to complete your service due to an unforeseen circumstance. We will always try to provide another decorator in the event of an emergency.

Question 6

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance
after that, 100% of the booking fee may not be non-transferable.
late changes cannot be guaranteed.
No changes or cancellations will result in a refund but may be able to be transfered to a different date.

What if my check-in date is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Notify us as soon as possible we’ll do our best to accommodate changes
significant delays may require a rescheduling fee
