About this experience partner:

Joe and Pete, two blue-collar city workers from New York, worked tirelessly as essential workers during COVID. During this time, they picked up a new hobby: dry-aging their own steaks. Once their batch was ready, they would cook for friends and family. As word spread about their incredible steak, their gatherings grew significantly in size. This sparked the idea of starting their own business.

Finally, when COVID ended in the spring of 2022, PorterHouse Party was born. They hit the road with their unique concept—transforming their phenomenal steak into an experience, combining high-quality food with entertainment.

  • Main course: Our 48-Day Dry-Aged Prime Steaks are expertly cooked over a wood-fired flame, locking in rich, smoky flavours with every bite. Paired with decadent smoked bone marrow and a luxurious truffle butter, each cut offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience that elevates any occasion.
