The Captain is the only person who can officially decide if the conditions are safe to sail. If the Captain determines it’s not safe to go out, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.

To make your experience unforgettable, we suggest the following:
​Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
​Essentials: Bring sunscreen (apply it before boarding!), sunglasses, a hat, and a light change of clothes.
​Pack Light: Use small bags, as large suitcases take up too much space on board.
​Footwear: Wear easy-to-remove shoes; you’ll likely be barefoot most of the time.
​Safety & Comfort: Bring a waterproof bag for your phone. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking a motion sickness pill beforehand and avoiding an empty stomach.
