Where does your fish come from?

We have been fortunate to be able to use a locally based (Phoenix) Japanese wholesaler. They bring fish straight from Toyosu market in Japan and provide some of the absolute best fish and Japanese products you can find here in the states. All of our seaweed, wasabi, ginger, shoyu, etc comes from them and is a great way to showcase Japanese cuisine.

Do you have preset menus or options to pick from?

Accepted Answer

All of our menus are customized for each occasion. We base our menus on seasonality & preference of guests as well as best available products. We always work on your menu until you are completely satisfied
