I was blown away by her professionalism, creativity, and the amazing flavors she puts into every dish. She made hosting a breeze — everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and so delicious. This past weekend was beyond phenomenal because of Chef Percia and her team. I had hosted a two-day beer and wine tasting party at my newly built home for my friends and family which consisted of various appetizers and dinner with a few different desserts. She arrived promptly with all of the food and the plate-ware needed for about twenty people. I was thoroughly surprised with how easy everything went for both days and the food came out fantastic. She had made multiple stunning charcuterie boards with all sorts of local cheeses, but the best part for me was the two different steaks we had (filet mignon/hanger) for dinner. I will definitely be hiring Chef Percia again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had the most amazing 4 course meal from Coastal Cooking/Chef Percia as a date night! Wow is all I can say. We were SO impressed. The food was delicious and the presentation was so beautiful. Chef Percia is so talented. Not only that, when she left it was like she was never there. My kitchen was cleaner than before Chef cooked! She also is so communicative and was very friendly. My dog followed her around the whole time and she did not mind at all. I highly recommend Coastal Cooking/Chef Percia, you will not be disappointed!

Chef Percia made my birthday dinner so special! I cannot recommend her enough. Not only was her food phenomenal but she was so personable and gave us some great cooking tips that we can't wait to try out. We couldn't have asked for better communication during the entire process and will definitely be using Coastal Cooking for all of our private cooking needs.

Percia, was excellent. She worked with us to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions and present a lunch and dinner menu that everyone could eat and that everyone loved. The food was wonderfully prepared and presented and Percia was a pleasure to have in the house. We would highly recommend Percia and have her to our house again.

Chef Percia was so amazing, we had her come to Port Angeles from Seattle for our Elopement dinner. The details, presentation, and the dishes themself were absolutely perfect. When she left, it was like nobody was ever there cooking in our kitchen, it looked immaculate. We loved having her as a part of our special day! 12/10 recommend booking.

Chef Percia FAR exceeded my expectations!! I hosted a surprise intimate dinner for my partner’s birthday. Percia traveled to the Airbnb I had rented, made cute print out menus, and completely delighted us with an incredible 4 course meal. It was the best meal my partner and I have ever had! Percia and I collaborated prior to the evening to curate a custom menu with all my partner’s favorites. It was truly perfect. We will definitely bring Percia to future special events! Her talent is unmatched. I am still dreaming about that meal. Thank you Percia for making my partner’s birthday unforgettable.

We hired Chef Percia for a private dinner with friends. She was prompt and everything was prepared as promised. It was a wonderful evening where we got to enjoy our friends and everything was prepared and cleaned up afterwards to the smallest details. Chef Percia and Gavin were wonderful and engaging. Absolutely some of the best food I’ve had! Professional and elegance in the presentation of the entree”s, we hired for dinner for 24 people and all 5 courses were delicious! Highly recommend!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Chef Percia and her amazing team for our intimate wedding this September. As a woman myself, I can’t express how inspiring it was to work with such a talented, driven woman running her own business. We hired Chef Percia for a seafood-inspired celebration of life. She and her team were incredible, communicated well, prompt and efficient and the food everyone raved about. I will refer her often and use her services again. Our seafood feast for 40 included smoked salmon/cucumber appetizer, king crab leg appetizer, salmon entree was to die for, creamy pasta with scallops, mussels and clams was delicious. Sides of truffle ceasar salad and mixed vegetables were yummy. Thank you!

Chef Percia catered a party at my home. She was responsive, and made it incredibly easy to choose the menu. On the day of the party, Chef Percia prepared the food onsite and laid it all out. She also supplied compostable plates and napkins. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Holy cow! Chef Percia was just amazing! I recently hired her for our small elopement (12 people) and cannot emphasize enough how easy it was to work with her. She was very clear about pricing, was flexible about menu changes and quick to respond to my questions. The food and service was incredible! She genuinely cared about the food and making our day as special as she could! It’s been almost a month and I’m still thinking about that meal!

Chef Percia was excellent! She communicated very well with me about pricing, expectations, timelines, etc. She offered me additional services/options based on our conversations, with clear add-on pricing so that I could make an informed decision. She was very discrete, as this dinner was a proposal, and she was willing to help me with some accommodations for that part of the evening. The food was overall excellent and the kitchen was left in perfect condition!

Chef Percia and her staff gave us a wonderful experience for a birthday dinner, meeting us out at Snoqualmie Pass with an incredible seafood tower and charcuterie board and a delicious multi-course menu. Everybody loved the food and the service and the entire process was smooth from start to finish as Chef Percia responded quickly to my questions and was very accommodating, and after all was done the kitchen was cleaner than when we started.
