We wanted a HIIT workout instead of yoga cause our group loves high energy classes. So glad we found this class! It was everything we wanted and we had a blast!

Our bride is super athletic and loves to workout so incorporating a workout into our bach session was a must! Tamara was super easy to work with and our instructor was on time and gave us a good sweat.

Booked this for a group of 8 for a bachelorette. The instructor was communicative and brought all the mats for us. She also did some fun group exercises that we loved.

Great workout and even better that we could jump right in the pool after.

loved the energy here. the playlist was actually good music i’d listen to and not having to bring my own mat is a huge plus
