ARE PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to add extra items to any package to make your experience even more special. Please note that additional fees may apply for any add-ons. Substitutions are also available upon request, pricing is subject to change depending on the type of substitution.

HOW DOES ACCESS TO THE HOUSE WORK? DO WE HAVE TO CHECK-IN BEFORE WE GO?

Accepted Answer

You will send us the check-in instructions from your Airbnb/hotel and we will arrive right at check in! We also recommend asking your Airbnb owner for early check-in so that we can be done earlier in the day! We'll need around 1-3 hours to set everything up depending on your package and then you can come in after! You don't need to be there when we arrive and you're welcome to come in and drop your stuff off while we work!

WHAT IF I HAVE PARTY DECOR AND PROPS I WANT TO USE IN THE SET UP?

All packages include a complimentary setup of any supplies or props purchased and shipped to us ahead of time

Question 4

WHAT IF THERE IS NO PUBLIC PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Accepted Answer

If there is no free public parking at the venue and our only option is paid parking or valet parking, this will be an additional charge added to the final bill for cost of parking.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?

Accepted Answer

Full refund on cancellations with 7+ days notice. No refund within 7 day window.

WHEN WILL YOU CONTACT ME AFTER BOOKING?

We will email you within 24-48hrs once you have made the booking! Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back after 48hrs.

Question 7

IS TEAR DOWN INCLUDED?

Accepted Answer

You are responsible for tearing down and popping of balloons and all decorations unless you add this option on as part of your package. If you add this service on then we will take care of all the tear down on the morning of your departure, before your check-out time.
