Can my decor go outside?

Yes! Our balloons can go outside, but will last much longer inside (weeks)! Backdrops and marquee can also go outside, but if there is rain or high wind in the forecast, we recommend having an indoor option ready!

Can I keep the decor?

Balloons are yours to keep (or dispose of). If you order a custom designed and printed backdrop, it is also yours to keep! If you are renting a backdrop or marquee from us, we will pick up before your departure.

Do you offer pick up?

Yes! You can pick up helium jumbos/bundles or a grab & go garland. This will require you to install it yourself!

Do you charge for delivery?

We do! We charge a small fee for install and delivery! This depends on location of party.

1. Fill out the inquiry form on our website. 2. Share all your wishes and inspo pics. 3. We will share an itemized invoice with you. 4. 50% is due at the time of booking, and 50% is due the day of your party.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The earlier the better! We can usually make any event work (we have a great team), but our rentals book up quick! Don't wait!

Our photo ops are unique, memorable, and beautiful. We have everything from shimmer walls, to fringe walls, to custom-printed backdrops and signs, to breathtaking balloons that will immediately be a show-stopper! We can transform any space into a beautiful photo backdrop.

If possible, we would prefer setting up before guest arrival
We are QUICK! We come with everything prepped and ready to go (we usually need 1 hour or less to complete an install)
Unless renting a reusable backdrop or marquee, the decor is yours to dispose of upon departure
